  2. System searches carriers for all orders
  3. Drivers pickup goods controlled by system
  4. Drivers deliver the goods
  5. Drivers handover the goods to customers
  6. System will then calculate salary, reward and/or punishment for the drivers
  7. System creates invoice for customers

Bulk Delivery Workflow

  1. All customers order deliveries before the delivery day
  2. System will get all vehicles and crews ready for delivery
  3. Optionally, system can also check the fitness of crews and vehicles for operation before declaring them as ready
  4. System will distribute all orders to the available vehicles
  5. Assigned drivers pick up the goods and proceed to deliver them directly to each customer's places
  6. System will then calculate the crew’s salary

How good is our experience with Delivery Control System?

We first developed an automated Delivery Control System like Uber/Grab/Gojek in 2008. That was before Uber/Grab/Gojek were even founded. Our first client is a huge government-owned company in Indonesia that uses our DCs to control the distribution of fuel from terminal storage to fuel stations using trucks nationwide. Due to the nature of the cargo (fuel), which is considered as hazardous goods, our DCs has been equipped with a lot of extra features, which Uber/Grab/Gojek have never had.
From 2009 until this time, we have always been under a long contract to provide and keep expanding this system for them in order to fulfill the fuel need of the country’s 270 million people.
Right now our DC system might be the most advanced Delivery Control System in the world. Besides the cloud software and standard apps like the ones Gojek/Grab/Uber have, we have developed a lot of custom hardwares to help automating the business process of our clients.
